Membership Requirements and Fees Structures

Individual members

• Must agree to the goals of the KSS

• Must agree not to divulge data held by the KSS

• Membership is not limited to Kentucky residents

• Annual Dues only $12.00!

Organizational Members

• Applicants must submit the following

  1. Adopted plan of organization with name and address

  2. A membership list with minimum of 5 members

  3. A chosen Director

  4. Proof of existence for 1 year prior to application

• Must agree to adhere to the goals of the KSS

• Must agree to not to divulge data held by the KSS

• Membership is not limited to Kentucky organizations

• Annual Dues only $75.00
